As for popular demand, here is my attempt in creating a gluten free menu.
If that’s irrelevant for you: don’t be scared just yet, read on, and discover you’re not missing a thing.

Dinner menu 17/1

Starter

  • Sweet corn and spring onion soup, served with home made quinoa and sesame crackers

Mains

  • Thai style curry with strange Thai vegetables , served on black rice

  • Walnuts, almonds, halloumi cheese and herbs roulade, served with root vegetable mash with a twist

Desserts

  • Flourless dark dark dark chocolate cake

  • Tapioca in coconut milk served with lychee
